August 19th - OVERLOADED!

Today is Kimberly's 4th Birthday!!! She is so excited to finally be the same age as her friends. Randy called her this morning and sang "Happy Birthday" to her since he is in Chicago. She got up, put on her favorite pink dress, sprayed on some princess perfume and grinning ear to ear told me she was "4 years old today". She played with her friends Kennedy, Brendan, & Logan in the sprinkler. We celebrated with spaghetti (her favorite) for dinner and had cake/ice cream. She requested a purse cake, so I made one w/ a matching coin purse monogrammed with "K" for Kimberly. Since, Kimberly is in all about being a princess, I made her a princess b-day card. All her grandparents and Aunt Steph came over to celebrate. She recieved some great gifts and had a wondeful birthday!






Today, was also the first day of school for Lexus! We can't believe our baby is in 3rd grade already. She looked so grown up this morning as she joined her classmates at Ruth Moyer. She looked so cute in her new outfit and school bag loaded down with supplies. She was really excited because two of her best friends are in her class this year. She is also excited about learning cursive and doing multiplication this year. She loves her new teacher Mrs. Kendall and has three new students in her class. Now, two of her classmates are formerly from Guatamala.
