Lexus & Kimberly are definetly our SOCCERGIRLS!!! We are coming to the end of their fall rec and select seasons and getting ready to start their indoor soccer sessions 1 & 2 down at Town & Country. Soccer has literally consumed our lives for the last couple months; sometimes pulling us in two different directions at the same time. Thank goodness indoor doesn't have practices; so we get a little break...yea! I can only imagine the chaos our lives will ensue when Austin starts sports too. He is already talking constantly about playing "teeny-tiny football" (peewee football). Lexus playing rec and select was very time consuming and literally sucked up all our time on the weekends; but it was totally worth every second of it to see her skills improve and her aggressiveness grow on the field from the constant repetition.
Here are two pics from Lexus last rec practice where they played a game Fathers VS. Daughters. There was lots of smack talk going on; it was soooo funny! Sorry for the blurriness of the pics; it was getting dark and taken on my phone. Kimberly was transformed into Princess Kimberly at a fundraiser for a family friend. I love how fully Kimberly embraces being a girl and enjoys doing girlie things like nails, hair and fashion.
