Halloween started early for Lexus; she attended a friend's Halloween party the weekend before. She choose to be a gypsy this year. I think it was a fun, non-traditional Halloween costume!

The Pumpkin Walk this year was fun like always! We saw some great pumpkins and even a marriage proposal carved out of pumpkins.
Lexus' soccer team played in a tournament last weekend. While they didn't win, I give them credit for playing so tough in such miserably cold weather.
We carved pumpkins this year and for once it actually went fairly smoothly! The kids picked great designs and even helped to carve them out this year.

Austin got to wear his costume early too. He wore it to his Halloween party at school. He really had a hard time choosing what he wanted to be this year...everything from Power Ranger to every Marvel Superhero, pirate, etc... He finally settled on Spiderman and looked so cute!
| Superheroes was a big theme this year :-) |
He even wore it to Kimberly's Halloween party that same afternoon. Kimberly's class was treated to cake balls, cookies, pretzels and drinks.
So you already know what Lexus and Austin were for Halloween, but Kimberly takes the prize for best costume and transformation this year! Below you can see some of the prep work in the bathroom.
Introducing...Dracula's daughter Mavis from the movie Hotel Transylvania (only a little scarier!) I had so many people tell me if they hadn't seen Randy or I they never would of guessed it was Kimberly in a million years.
Lexus' friend Bailey joined us for trick-or-treat.
How many other people get to meet Rosie Red and get their pic taken with her while trick-or-treating? What fun it was to see her on our own street!
