The end of summer has brought many great and spectacular things our way! We feel really blessed!
First, Lexus made the HHS Freshman Soccer Team!!!
Lots of fun and excitement at the Ossege summer birthday party this year!
The first day of school was emotional...an eighth grader, fourth grader and our baby starting Kindergarten!
We had to make sure all binders looked great for the school year and had the perfect backpack picked out to carry it all.
The traditional first day of school photo on the porch now includes all of my precious babes!
Showing off the cool backpacks :-)
Austin was so excited to walk to the big school this year. He was lucky to have big sister Kimberly by his side to show him the ropes.

Our favorite teacher...Ms. L
Austin acted like an old pro when he entered his Kindergarten classroom. He found his name, hung up his backpack, and right away sat down to do his work.
Kimberly was excited for 4th grade to begin. She had two of her best friends in her class...Addy and Sydney.

I was even more emotional the first day I wasn't allowed to walk Austin into school. A big thank you to Kimberly for bringing a smile to my face as she held her little brother's hand and walked him all the way to his classroom.
Randy has started coaching football this year. He coaches 5th/6th grade boys on special teams.
Kimberly asked for a horse cake this year for her birthday dinner.
Spiderman made a special appearance at Kimberly's birthday dinner this year :-)
The girls' really loved their birthday party with their cousin Halle this year. They all chose a luau theme.
Smile girls, it's your birthday party!
A party favorite was jumping on the trampoline with the sprinkler blasting up through it.

I made another great cake...until Bella chose to sample it.
So it was a quick trip to Kroger for a replacement.
I was blessed with a new job for Beechwood Independent Schools as an RTI teacher.
I celebrated my 34th birthday this year. Randy and the kids bought me my dream camera for my birthday. Kimberly and Austin were quick to volunteer to be my models as I tested it out. :-)
Not sure what he is doing with the stick.
Austin has started flag football and is loving it! We are full of enthusiasm each Tuesday and Sunday. He has had 3 games and in each game ran the ball for a 50-yard touchdown.
Kimberly is having a great soccer season this year. She has one goal so far.
I am trying to revamp our holiday decorations this year. All the cheap, dollar store decorations from our first year of marriage are being thrown away and being replaced with "less is more" decorations like the giant ceramic pumpkin below. I am proud of my Pinterest project - the "BOO" letters on the front door.
Everyone had a blast at the Music and Merchant's Festival this year rocking out to The Kentucky Headhunters and John Michael Montgomery.
It was a long day for Lexus, so she just curled up in a blanket and went to sleep.
Here is what an Austin touchdown looks like in 3 pics...
Lexus' last game of the HMS season. She started the season with an assist and ended it with her first goal!
