Football has literally consumed our family this year; in a good way! Austin was excited to be on the sidelines with Randy and the BIG boys football team.
Kimberly overall had a great soccer season, scoring a goal or two!
Austin LOVED flag football and can't wait to play again next year. His stats were 5 touchdowns and he grabbed one flag.
Lexus had another amazing chorus concert and sang beautiful as always!
We take our football seriously as you can tell from Austin's picture :-)
He wanted to wear the black-out, like Kimberly does for Softball.
This is the face I got when he caught me taking his picture.

We braved the rain and cold weather to go to the Pumpkin Walk this year. We had a great time and saw my two nieces pumpkins.
Kimberly is serious when it comes to her Halloween costumes! She has gone for scary versus cute the last few years. This year, she chose to be a zombie and wanted to look like the real thing. We easily spent $25.00 on her makeup and prosthetics. It was totally worth it when I saw the end result. She was so patient throughout the whole process which took about an hour and a half. A BIG thanks to Daddy for making her so scary!

Austin chose to be Shredder from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Lexus was Robin Hood's female counterpart. Our friends had a Halloween party and Austin wore his to school for his Halloween party so we got multiple uses out of their costumes. (always a bonus)
We sort of dropped the ball on getting pumpkins to carve this year, so we didn't get the pick of the bunch like we wanted. We did make the best of the situation and the kids still created 3 amazing jack-o-lanterns.
I am slowly learning all the settings on my new camera...which I L-O-V-E! I love this setting where you can isolate a single color in the picture.
Austin's Halloween Party at school was a hit! They played bingo, made a ghost craft, played a pumpkin toss game and had lots of yummy snacks. Best of all he got to parade around the school with his class in his costume. Poor Kimberly missed it because she was home with a fever from the day before :-(

Lexus with her girlfriends before trick-or-treating.
Our 3 pumpkins...Kimberly's is a dog, Austin a traditional jack-o-lantern, and Lexus' is a collage of pumpkins which unfortunately fell apart before Halloween night.
Trick-or-treating was a little strange this year with only Austin. This was the first year the girls went off with their friends and didn't stay with us.
