While I feel so blessed to have my new job, it now fills many hours I used to have free and catching up on things is proving to be difficult lately. Hence the reason for the scarce amount of blog posts in January and the mountain of laundry needing to be put away. So, I thought I would do a cliff notes version of what we have been up to lately.
For his birthday, Austin was treated to the Monster Truck Show at NKU by his Aunt Steph. He was in heaven!!! He is now obsessed with lining up all his match box cars and crushing them with his monster truck.
Last Friday night was CRAFT NIGHT with my girls!!! Yea! I cherish my time spent with my fav girls crafting whatever I can. I worked on the grils' school scrapbooks this time and I am ashamed to say I was two years behind. It really sad when you think about it...I only have to do a 2-page spread for each school year per girl...how was I not able to find the time to complete them??? I am happy to report they are now up to date and I am already prepping for this school year's pages.

Randy and I went on a spontaneous date night last Saturday (thanks Steph for babysittting last min.) We ate delicious Mexican food at Rio Grande and played the funnest "Wizard of Oz" slot machine game at Hollywood Casino.
Jacob (my godson) and his twin sis Josie celebrated their 1st birthday, they are just so cute! Jenny made the most adoreable Dr. Seuss invites for the party. I totally plan on stealing the idea for future use :-)
Kimberly had watch week and I got a sneak peek at bother her ballet and tap recital dances. Her costume is a bride outfit and she is so excited that she gets to link arms with the groom for her ballet dance. Lexus has really worked hard on her AR points this year and now has the highest points out of her class.

As I type this, my house is being taken over by 6 girls for a sleepover. They are so much fun to watch as each group does their own thing. Randy and Austin couldn't take all the girl power and fled to a Cylones hockey game for some boy bonding.
