I officially give up on trying to keep the blog updated on our daily activities until school is out. May is such a crazy month where everything is winding down and coming to an end; yet the ironic part is that my schedule seems twice as full as usual. So over the next couple days, I will try to give you all the abbreviated version of what our family has been up to.
Thanks to my wonderful sister, I got to spend a fun morning/afternoon card crafting with my friend Katie and other fellow crafters while supporting a good cause.
Lexus had her final chorus concert of the year. She was recognized for her achievement of making the KY All-State Choir; even got her name put on a plaque at school. They even sang a song from the Harry Potter movie "Prisioner of Azkaban".

I am going to brag about my FABULOUS husband now. He sent me this Hawaiian Umbrella Bonsai tree...just because he loves me! It couldn't have come at a better time and I love the uniquness of it!

Kimberly had watch week at dance class, I love getting a sneak peek at her dance recital routines.
I had the BEST, BEST, BEST Mother's Day!!! The day was filled with brekfast in bed, shopping for flowers for the yard, dinner at Red Lobster, and playing hillbilly golf in the backyard with Randy and the kids. I just love all the flowers we picked for the yard this year.
| These remind me of the singing flowers in "Alice in Wonderland" (disney version) |
Woo-Hoo! Lexus' soccer team finally got to play their first game! They have actually gotten in 4 games now and I am hoping we can continue to get in as many games as possible for both girls teams.
Yum-O! My awesome husband made me this for dinner, |
