Wednesday, Lexus and I went on her class field trip to the KY Horse Park. Despite a small shower during lunch, we had a great time! We saw the burial tombs of two of the greatest race horses...Secretariat and Man O' War. The Hall of Legends provided us an oppurtunity to meet up close horses who are legends in their specific event (thouroghbreds, quarter-
-
horses, pacers, etc...) The Breeds Barn showcased each of the different breeds of horses in KY. They showcased five of them in a small show. The museum was good, but part was under construction for the 2010 World Equestrian Games that are coming. They said they
expect over 500,000 people to attend the event. I am already picturing the traffic jams, waiting in line, and headaches everyone will be having. But on the bright side, it will bring alot of much needed revenue to the area.I am little behind in my egg updates, but here is what happened on day six: Wings and limbs begin to appear and brains and eyes become clear. The embryo becomes begins to move by itself.
Plus a CAS (Clean & Simple) card I made for one of Lexus' teachers.
I used the same teacher stamp as before and made it a window card. The apple is actually attached to the inside of the card...cute huh!
