WOW! Has this weather been GORGEOUS or what! I actually had to go digging in the basement for summer clothes to wear. How have we been enjoying the weather you ask...well, by: swimming(kiddie pool), taking walks, watching a soccer game, and so on! The girls have been living in their bathing suits the last two days. Lexus had a soccer game yesterday and we all got a little sun watching it. Gotta remember to start wearing sun screen SPF 70 again.
Austin is in heaven being outside. He is so overwhelmed by all the wonderful things overloading his senses. Birds flying, cars driving by, chalk to eat and draw with, go down the slide one more time, digging to China in the sandbox, etc... He is just one big grin ear to ear...WE LOVE IT! Such a joy to watch.
Randy didn't have any luck in the woods this weekend, but he did see quite a bit of wildlife. I will post the pics tomorrow.
Kimberly has Pet day this Wednesday at school. She is so proud of Chickie Wickie, she proudly declares she is the only kid in Ft. Thomas to have a pet chicken. (Not true, her cousins have two). But, it should make for an interesting reaction from her teachers and classmates. She wanted to take a fish too, but I told her it would be hard to transport them. Smartie pants looked at me and said "Just put it in a cup or Ziploc baggie mommy". Why didn't I think of that! No fish will be coming, I think the chicken is enough to handle :)

As soon as I saw "Bathing Suit Weather" I knew I would be seeing Kimberly in her suit. How adorable!
I can't believe Chickie Wickie is still around! You're the only friend I have with a CHICKEN! Beck will love it some day - though I think we're going to stick to dogs ;)
