Hopping Down The Bunny Trail...Easter's On It's Way!

We had a fantastic time coloring Easter eggs with the kids. WOW! The memories it brought back to Randy and I. We still remember when you actually had to put drops of food coloring in the boiling water, not drop a fizzing tablet. I think the old way was much more fun, you could create a lot more colors. Although, now a days they have sponge painting, glitter, sticker eggs, etc...

We went to the annual egg hunt at the Fort today. We had to be in three places at once. Sad to say, this was Lexus' last year to participate, but she has a good outlook for next year. She told us now she can help Austin hunt for eggs (what a wonderful big sister!)We saw many of the kids' cousins from the Ossege family and our neighbors (Sue & Sydney).

The kids did a great job finding eggs and everyone came home with two prizes! I painted the faces of Lexus, Kimberly, Natalie and Nicole, they looked too cute! Below is a pic of the gang checking out what suprises were in their eggs.

Cutest egg picker I ever saw...don't ya think! :)
